Will my phone fit?

Yes! We can confidently say that the pouch will fit 99% of modern phones, the product comes with a free cell phone adapter case* to make sure your device has a snug fit preventing phone movement whist on the move. If you think you may have an obscure model, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

* The free phone adapter is subject to availability.

Is it one size fits all?

We have designed a product that fits the majority between 28" - 48" chest. It's smart materials allow the V1 to expand generously and mould to the individuals body shape whilst giving a comfortable & supported fit. The materials may feel tight to start with but will loosen slightly after 2-3 training sessions.

Is it waterproof?

All materials that make up this product are water resistant. The phone case will keep your phone dry in the most extreme weather conditions. We do not advise submerging the product underwater.

How long is delivery?

All Standard orders placed before 5:30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next working day.
All Premier orders before 2:00pm will be dispatched the same day.
All Premier Express orders before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day.

*Orders placed after this time or on Saturday's & Sunday's will be dispatched the next business day.

Delivery timeframes?

Premier Express delivery - 1-2 business days
Premier delivery - 2-3 business days
Standard delivery - 3-5 business days

Is it for both male and female?

Is it washable?

Yes. Hand wash in warm water with a mild detergent. Do not bleach, iron, dry clean or tumble dry. Avoid extreme heat. Please also refrain from drying your product directly on a radiator.
